We have knowledge of certain Court forms and procedures, can assist you in filling out Court forms with information that you have provided us with. However, under no circumstance are any of these services to be treated as legal advice. You should always seek the assistance of a Lawyer for Legal advice and guidance. 

Karoline Inc.,  any of its owners, agents, employees, or associates are not able and will not provide you with legal advice, are not lawyers or paralegals, are not your agents, do not represent you or your associates, and do not act for you or on your behalf. 

It is your sole responsibility to review any of our services and seek legal advice prior to acting on, responding to, serving or filing any Court related forms or attending any Court related Hearings.

Virtual and Remote are one in the same, these words are used interchangeably. When we refer to a "Virtual" or "Remote" Assistant this means that we can preform the required duties/tasks outside of your office setting. 

As long as we have internet connection and access to what you need done, we can assist remotely.

At times, we do meet in person to exchange documents or hold meetings if the remote way is not feasible. This is what we refer to as "Hybrid".

In the last few years, the dynamic of the work force has shifted in all aspects and I think we can all agree that the primary focus of any business, big or small is to generate a profit and decrease expenses. Majority of businesses require some form of help and rather than committing to the expenses that come with full time staff, such as salary, taxes, benefits, office space etc. Karoline Inc. is there only when you need them to be. 

We bring the cost efficiency along with our knowledge which could potentially allow you to expand your practice area or small business by having us focus on these areas for you.

Practicing law has changed. Most Court appearances and client meetings have become virtual, and documents are primarily filed online.  Other businesses have moved to a remote or hybrid workplace. Having Karoline Inc. assist remotely promotes cost efficiency and allows the focus to shift to what matters most. 

We typically bill "per file" / "per project" or hourly. The billing methods are discussed with each client and are suited to their individual needs. Please reach out for a detailed list of rates.

Karoline, the owner of Karoline Inc. has been a legal assistant for 17 years, she has been the primary legal support at a reputable Law Firm in Mississauga, for a lawyer who’s practiced law for over 45 years.  

Within the last 3 years, she has remotely assisted law firms, small business and other professionals with their needs.

In 2021, she decided to make it official, open Karoline Inc. and has been assisting those in need ever since.

Our roster is growing, stay tuned to see what else we will be able to offer our clients in the near future.

Our niche is focused towards the "Legal" aspect of virtual assistance. However, we do offer general office administration, personal assistance and more as described in the "What We Offer" section of our page. 

Keep in mind that it's often hard to describe all the things we are good at, so we may have missed a few. If you can't find it in our description, please ask. 

We are always willing to learn, if there is anything you are willing to teach us, that can be done remotely, let‘s connect.

We work remotely but at times can be flexible if absolutely needed. 

Such visits can be discussed at our consultation.

Because we are independent contactors and NOT your employee(s), if you no longer require our services, then our working relationship ends at that until you need our help again. We would however ask, as a courtesy, if you know our time is coming to an end, that you advise us of such in writing so we can plan ahead in our busy schedules for other clients which may require our help.

 The beauty of having an independent contractor such as Karoline Inc. working with you is that there are no commitments, no source deductions, no full time wages/benefits and no overhead. This is why working with us is so beneficial.
