ASSISTANCE WITHIN THE LEGAL SETTING

· Hold or participate in client intake meeting 

· Prepare appropriate Court Forms for Applications for Certificate of Appointment (with or   without a Will) and Small Estate Certificate

· Prepare and assemble Motion/Application material to obtain Orders (Defer Probate Tax, Will in Solemn Form, Non-Resident Executor, Orders for Direction etc.)

· Prepare Asset List

· Draft correspondence to financial institutions and other related parties  

· Correspond with Executors, Beneficiaries, financial institutions, Courts

· File documents with the appropriate Court 

· Assist Executors with completion of Estate information Return Form

· Prepare Affidavits for underpayment/overpayment of Probate Taxes

· Up to date on current Ontario Court Forms relating to Rules of Civil Procedure (Rule 74 and 75), filing procedures, Practice Directions and the Succession Law Reform Act.

· Capable of working in Estateably

 · Hold or participate in client intake meeting to obtain information for preparation of related matter.

· Incorporation of Articles (Ontario & Federal)

· Conduct preliminary Name searches and obtaining NUANS Reports

· Initial organization of corporate minute book

· Maintenance/Update of Corporate minute book

· Annual Meetings

· Share Issuance

· Preparation and filing of Initial Return and Notice of Change

· Preparation and filing of  Articles of Amendment, Articles of Amalgamation, Articles of Dissolution

· PSSA search, registration and renewals

· Conduct corporate searches

· Order Corporate Supplies

· Capable of using E-core/OnCorp and My Ontario Account for filings

 · Hold or participate in client intake meeting to obtain information for

  preparation of related matter.

· Collection of required documents to file with the Court

· Preparation of Court documents

· Preparation of Memorandum + documents for service

· Filing of documents via online portal

· Keep track of important Court dates and deadlines

· Assist with finalizing/inputting information on Appropriate Court forms. 

· Assemble supporting documents

· Assemble Records electronically

· Organization of Exhibits 

· Preparation of Index

· Filing of documents via CaseLines 

· Filing of documents via Online Portal

· Keep track of important Court dates and deadlines

 · Draft Preparation of Notarial copy related document(s) for Lawyer

· Preparation of Child Travel Authorization document

· Preparation of Visitor Visa Affidavit
