RATES & AVAILABILITY

RATES

We bill on a per hour or per project basis, billed at 15 - minute increments, plus any out of pocket disbursements. However, to suit individual needs, specific "pay structures" can be discussed at our "Let's Connect" meeting.

PER HOUR 

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION - The hourly rate starts at $50.00/hour, based upon the complexity and level of experience required.

WITHIN THE LEGAL SETTING - The hourly rate starts at $75.00/hour, based upon the complexity and level of experience required.

PER PROJECT (FILE/TASK)

The per project rate is determined by level of experience and frequency.

PAYMENT FREQUENCY

Invoices are issued at the end of each project, or if billing is on "per hour" basis  then by-weekly and are due on receipt, unless otherwise agreed upon.

AVAILABILITY

The services offered by Karoline Inc. are conducted virtually. If absolutely necessary, "in person" visits may be requested in the Greater Toronto Area, pending availability and are subject to additional charges for mileage and/or parking expenses.
